Afghanistan has dismissed Helena Malikyar as its ambassador to Italy, a government source told 1TV on Wednesday.
The decision was taken due to administrative problems in Afghanistan embassy in Rome, the source in Afghan foreign ministry said.
She was among several diplomats who were recalled to Kabul, including Counsellor Zubair Joyenda who has also been dismissed.
Their dismissal was approved by President Ghani after being suggested by the foreign ministry.
