An explosion went off on the outskirts of Afghan capital Kabul on Thursday.
The blast happened near Afghan army’s special operations training base in Rishkhor area at 12:50p.m., said Nasrat Rahimi, a spokesman for Interior Ministry.
Four Afghan soldiers were killed while three others wounded in the bombing, the Defense Ministry said in a statement.
The attacker was in a van, it said.
Taliban claimed responsibility for the bombing.
