Four electricity workers were injured by bomb on Monday while they were repairing a pylon in Kabul that was damaged by bomb, Afghanistan’s national power company said.
Two of the workers, both engineers, were seriously wounded as bomb placed in the area exploded, Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) said.
The pylon in Chumtala area, which was last transmitting imported electricity, was bombed on Sunday night as a result of which three foundations were damaged. The lines, however, were not cut, according to DABS.
