Afghanistan defeated Kuwait by seven wickets to claim their second consecutive win in Asia Cup in Sri Lanka on Saturday.
Choosing to bowl first after winning the toss, Afghans bowled out Kuwait on 85, which they made in 27.3 overs.
Afghanistan chased down the target in 12.5 overs.
Farhan Zakhail hit 38 not out for Afghanistan while Rahmanullah Zarma Khan scored 28.
For Kuwait, Meet Bhavsar (20) was their top scorer.
Man of the match Shafiqullah Ghafari claimed three wickets for Afghanistan. Fazalhaq Farooqi and Noor Ahmad Lakanwal picked up two each.
The win was Afghanistan’s second in the tournament. Earlier, they defeated Pakistan in the opener.
Afghanistan will next face India on Monday.
