A suicide bomber blew himself up on the outskirts of Afghan capital Kabul on Wednesday, killing at least three people, officials said.
The blast happened in Rishkhor area of Charasiab district around 8:00a.m.
Fifteen others were wounded in the bombing, said Tariq Aryan, a spokesman for Interior Ministry.
He said that the blast hit civilians.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.
