Five civilians were killed when a rocket hit a house in Afghanistan’s central-eastern Ghazni province, officials said on Tuesday.
Seven others were wounded in the attack which happened in Andar district, said Wahidullah Jumazada, a spokesman for provincial governor.
He said that one of the victims was a girl who would get married on coming Friday.
Local officials said that the rocket struck the house during a battle between security forces and the Taliban.
