Afghanistan will share evidence with the United States over recent attacks in Kabul and Nangarhar, acting head of National Directorate of Security said on Monday.
Ahmad Zia Siraj told a press conference that perpetrators of the attacks were circles which having links with Haqqani network and Daesh.
He also claimed that the Taliban had significantly boosted their relationships with foreign terrorist groups including al Qaeda and Lashkar-i-Tayiba.
He said that the Taliban have practically started their annual spring offensive, although they have not declared it.
He said that over 400 civilians were killed while 900 others were injured in Taliban attacks since the group signed an agreement with the US.
Meanwhile, Acting Interior Minister Massoud Andarabi said that the Taliban carried out 3,800 attacks since signing the deal with the US.
Scores were killed and injured in a single day attacks on a hospital and a funeral in Kabul and Nangarhar last week. Daesh claimed responsibility for the funeral attack in Nangarhar.
The Taliban have denied involvement in both the attacks while the US has blamed Daesh for both.
