Afghanistan’s Acting Foreign Minister Salahuddin Rabbani has resigned from his post.
In his regination letter to President Ashraf Ghani, Rabbani said that the foreign ministry had been sidelined and that it was being treated as a private NGO.
He said that the ministry was being treated maliciously under the name of reform, which institutionalized predjudice and discrimination and damaged unity.
