Head of IT department of Afghanistan’s Independent Election Commission has been referred for prosecution, it was confirmed Thursday.
Kabir Panahi was introduced to Attorney General’s Office over complaints about missing of voters’ names in biometric machines.
He was referred for prosecution by the Electoral Complaints Commission’s Kabul office.
