A member of Kabul garrison was shot and killed by celebrators of national hero Ahmad Shah Massoud on Monday, an official said.
Fawad Aman, deputy spokesman for Defense Ministry, said that the victim was killed in Traffiq square of the city.
Six illegally armed people were arrested in connection with the incident. 30 illegally painted vehicles were seized, he said.
