A car bomb exploded in Afghanistan’s southern Kandahar province on Wednesday, killing at least three police, sources told 1TV.
Twenty more were wounded in the blast which happened outside police headquarters of Shah Wali Kot district.
The blast was carried out using an army vehicle.
Separately, police chief of Ghazni’s Deh Yak district was killed along with his two guards in a roadside bombing on Wednesday.
Taliban claimed responsibility for both the attacks.
