Afghanistan’s health ministry on Sunday confirmed 10 new cases of coronavirus, bringing total in the country to 34.
The new cases were detected in Herat (3), Kabul (2), Zabul (2), Kandahar (1), Ghazni (1), Balkh (1).
The new cases were detected over the past 24 hours, the highest recorded during the period.
Kabul, Kandahar and Ghazni saw first cases. In Kabul, both of the cases detected involved foreign diplomats.
