Foreign troops will withdraw from Afghanistan within 14 months under a deal between the United States and the Taliban signed in Qatari capital Doha on Saturday.
The deal was signed between US special envoy Zalmay Khalilzad and Taliban deputy leader Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar in the presence of top diplomats from several countries.
