Afghan President Ashraf Ghani on Saturday left Kabul for Saudi Arabia for an official visit.
Ghani is leading a high-level state delegation for the visit, the president’s office said in a statement.
He is expected to meet King Salman and other officials of the hosting country during the visit, the statement said.
The president will also perform Umra pilgrimage in Makkah city, the statement said.
