Afghanistan’s Mujeeb ur Rahman jumped six spots to number two in the ICC T20I Player Rankings for bowlers after playing a key role in his team’s T20I series win over West Indies.
Mujeeb’s fellow spinner Rashid Khan continues to hold the number one spot in the rankings.
Mujeeb now has a career-high 742 rating points while Rashid Khan 749 points.
Mujeeb picked up two wickets in the T20I series, but his economy rate was just over three per over in each of the last two games of the series.
The youngster made his Afghanistan debut at 16 and in February 2018 he became the youngest-ever player to take a five wicket haul in a one-day international when Afghanistan faced Zimbabwe.
