Condemning Wednesday's attacks in Kabul, India has offered assistance to bring perpetrators of the violence to justice.
At least 15 people were killed while more than 50 others were injured when two coordinated attacks hit Kabul. Taliban claimed responsibility for the attacks.
“We strongly condemn the twin terror attacks in Kabul on 1 March 2017 which have resulted in death of more than a dozen people,” India’s foreign ministry said in a statement.
The statement conveyed condolences to the people and government of Afghanistan for the loss of lives and property and wished early quick recovery for the injured.
“India has been a victim of terrorist violence and understands the pain and suffering of the people of Afghanistan,” the statement said. “We reiterate our resolve to work with Afghanistan to bring perpetrators of terrorist violence to the justice they deserve whether they may be.”
